This rum is distilled in the traditional method of the Barbados area, in a combination of pot still and column still distillation processes.
Matured for several years in aged oak barrels, right next to the sea, from which it gains its dark golden color, full aroma and harmonious smell, with a mild and pure taste, on the border between golden, light and strong rum like the one from Jamaica.
AROMA
Shades of sugar cane, plum and a combination of caramel and Canella.
TASTE
The taste is rendered by a rich blend of exotic fruits, along with a slightly spicy bouquet of Sherry barrels.
