AROMA
The first impression is of warm leather, culminating in the notes of the vegetation specific to the Highland area. These darker notes gradually give way to a sweeter presence of malt. All this aromatic richness ends with lighter and more subtle notes of wood that become evident only at the end.
TASTE
An obvious explosion of malt, with appetizing notes of sweet cereal, accumulating over time to give the palate an almost creamy texture. In the middle, you can feel a pronounced pleasant taste and the texture of Brazil nuts. Finally, a slightly astringent citrus note appears on the background.
FINISH
The taste of citrus disappears and the finish becomes sweet. Black molasses notes develop towards the end, in dark and sweet accords, with a slight hint of citrus peel compensating for the rich and sweet overall notes.
